Space to talk

Welcome.

I offer you a safe space that allows you a moment to put down what you have been carrying.

If you are considering counselling, you may already feel like something needs to change. By observing thoughts and feelings together, we can explore what has brought you here, how it has come about, and how you would like things to be different.

What to expect

A white woman in her 30s sitting at a desk and smiling. Her long, wavy brunette hair is draped over one shoulder. She wears a cosy grey and white jumper and a small pendant necklace.
